Privacy notice
These notices describe the testing version. Final operator details, payment rules and legal information will be completed before public launch.

Information you provide
Account details, optional phone numbers, listing content, booking requests, messages, support enquiries, reports and reviews are stored when you submit them. Owner applications can include private verification documents. Use fictional information and test documents while testing.
How information is used
We use submitted information to provide accounts, review listings, manage test booking requests and conversations, answer support enquiries and investigate abuse. Administrators can see account change history, including previous and new profile details.
Who can see it
Published listings and approved reviews, including the reviewer name and country, are public. Booking and conversation participants can see the information needed for their request. Support messages, moderation records and verification documents are restricted by application permissions. Exact property addresses are stored separately and are available to the property owner, administrators and that property’s confirmed or completed booking guests.
Services used by the site
Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser when the contact form opens. Fonts and editorial images load from Google Fonts, Wikimedia Commons, Pexels, Unsplash or FlagCDN; those providers receive network information such as your IP address. Google Maps loads only when you choose to enable it. If a host selects booking email and the service is enabled, Resend processes the verified recipient address and booking confirmation text. Property area maps use OpenStreetMap and connect to its servers only when you click Load OpenStreetMap; the provider receives network information such as your IP address.
Browser storage
The site remembers sign-in state, your selected language, saved homes and your privacy choice using browser storage. The recovery flow also uses temporary session storage. Search filters reset when you refresh the page or click the HomeNest logo. No advertising tracker is installed. Cookie settings controls optional embedded maps; it does not sign you out or erase saved homes.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, page views, referring websites and page performance on our live website. Cloudflare states that this service does not use analytics cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. We use aggregate reports to understand website usage and improve the site. The analytics script connects your browser to Cloudflare. Analytics reporting does not include the contents of contact forms, private messages or booking forms submitted through HomeNest.
Testing data and requests
Testing records are not automatically deleted. Contact the administration team to request access, correction or removal of test information; we may need to verify the account involved. Retention periods, production hosting details and the responsible operator must be finalized before public launch.
Optional offers emails
If you choose HomeNest offers, we record your subscription choice, consent time and source. Campaigns use verified guest account emails and Resend delivery. You can turn offers off in Account settings or through the unsubscribe link in each promotional email. Booking notices are separate.
