These notices describe the testing version. Final operator details, payment rules and legal information will be completed before public launch.

For testing
HomeNest is currently being tested. Listings, booking requests and account actions are for feature evaluation. Do not arrange real stays or send real payments through this testing version.
Accounts and hosting
Keep your credentials private and provide only information you are entitled to share. Owner access and listing publication require separate administrator reviews. Moderation does not guarantee a property, document or review is authentic.
Booking requests
Sending a request is not a confirmed reservation. A host must review it. Monthly rental enquiries start a conversation rather than confirm a rental. The displayed price can exclude a separately stated host deposit.
Payments are not enabled
This version has no online checkout or automatic refund service. The payment model, fees, deposit handling and refund terms are not decided and must be published before a real booking service launches.
Offers and cancellations
Voucher minimum nights, discount caps, expiry and usage limits apply. A voucher use is recorded when a booking request is submitted, including requests later cancelled or declined. Available cancellation actions appear in My bookings; this testing version does not settle financial refunds.
Content and reports
Only upload text and photos you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload identity documents into public listing photos or support messages. Use the reporting or contact form for inaccurate content or concerns. Administrators may pause accounts or remove content while investigating.
